Whitehouse Enterprises works with job seekers with a disability or long term health problem to identify suitable job opportunities and to support both the employer and employee in a new employment relationship. Whilst on the programme you will be paid for the work you do, in line with others doing the same or similar work.

On Workstep you will receive a development plan identifying the targets and goals that should be achieved in your employment. The plan will outline areas for training skills development, opportunities for progression and the type of support required to ensure a successful programme.

In addition we may also be able to:

• Assist with an application for access to work for any special work based equipment or help with travel to the workplace
• Provide a support grant to employers, as a contribution towards any extra costs incurred during the programme
• Provide assistance with supervision and disciplinary matters where required
• Provide a job coach to assist learning
